During Week 6, players are challenged to deal 1000 damage after knocking an opponent back with Black Panther’s Kinetic Shockwave. Here’s how to do it.
Arguably one of the best parts of Fortnite Season 4’s massive Marvel crossover event has been gaining the opportunity to play as beloved Marvel superheroes using the Battle Pass and shop skins. Many of the skins have built-in emotes, which emulate the superhero’s superpower, like Mystique’s Shapeshifting abilities or Storm’s Gale Force. Some superpowers are not specific to skins, however, and can be found and used to turn the tide of any match. These have replaced Fortnite’s Mythic Weapons and can do major damage that help players earn victory royale.

Several Mythic Weapons, now called Superpowers, were introduced at the start of Season 4, including the Silver Surfer’s Board, Groot’s Bramble Shield, and Dr. Doom’s Arcane Gauntlets and Mystical Bomb. However, as the season has progressed, more of these Superpowers have appeared in the game, including Iron Man’s Unibeam and Energy Gauntlets, and Wolverine’s Claws. Now, players can also access Black Panther’s Kinetic Armor in any of the Marvel Limited Time Modes (LTMs). One Weekly Challenge for Week 6 tasks players with dealing 1000 damage after knocking an opponent back with this weapon. Like the Silver Surfer’s Board, this Superpower is not tied to one of the new NPC bosses for the season and can instead be found as a random drop. Here’s how to use Black Panther’s Kinetic Armor during battle in Fortnite Season 4.
How To Use Black Panther’s Kinetic Armor in Fortnite Season 4
Players will find Black Panther’s Kinetic Armor randomly on the Fortnite map. In standard modes, it will be found at random around Quinjet Patrol Sites. In any of the Marvel LTMs, it is a bit easier to find. It appears as a large token and emits a beam of light, making it fairly easy to locate. It is easiest to get in Marvel Knockout due to the smaller map areas and the frequency with which Superpowers tend to drop. However, if players choose Marvel Standoff mode, they will begin the match with one Mythic Weapon equipped at random, which could allow players to complete this challenge on the first try.
