Popular Fortnite and Call of Duty Streamer Becomes the Latest Victim of Mysterious Twitch Bans
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to yet another episode of mysterious Twitch bans. The latest victim of these bans is FaZe Clan streamer John “Cizzorz” Cizek.
Twitch bans are not new but have become a matter of grave concern in recent times. The platform has banned several streamers in the past few months, and this number just keeps increasing. Moreover, in a majority of these cases, the reason for the ban remains unknown. And that is exactly what happened in this case.
Why did Cizzorz receive a Twitch Ban?
John “Cizzorz” Cizek joined FaZe Clan back in 2018 after becoming one of the finest Fortnite streamers during the title’s salad days. He received a lot of support from the community for his Death-Run Challenges. He used to make the most of the creative mode in Fortnite, setting obstacles for other players to overcome.
Cizzorz also started streaming games like Call of Duty: Zombies and Minecraft to add more content to his streams.

Alas, his streams currently stand on hold because of his ban. The reason for the Cizzorz ban remains unknown. However, it is possible that he faced a ban for violating the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) guidelines.
The DMCA guidelines state that streamers need to get permission before playing licensed music on their streams. This guideline has forced several streamers to take a ton of their content down. But even after following the protocols, many streamers are still getting banned.
While the community doesn’t know much about the ban, it is possible that it might be temporary. Most of the copyright-related bans have been resolved with time, and unless the reason is something much more grave, we can expect Cizzorz to be back on Twitch in a few weeks.
