If you managed to log out of Fortnite this weekend (although we wouldn’t blame you for wanting to see Travis Scott’s in-game concert) and you got on Netflix, you may have noticed a new action thriller by the name of Extraction. With a script written by Joe Russo, the film stars Chris Hemsworth as Tyler Rake, a former Special Air Service Regiment operator turned mercenary who is tasked with rescuing the son of a drug trafficker in Bangladesh.

While the film has attracted a fair amount of criticism due to its excessive violence and the use of a somewhat troublesome yellow filter, its popularity has skyrocketed in recent days, and it quickly found itself at the top of the most viewed lists of Netflix. Interestingly, it has caught the attention of some key Marvel people and FortniteThe team’s creative team, making some wonder if Tyler Rake will find his way into the Epic Games battle royale sometime in the near future.

Things started when Donald Mustard, who serves as FortniteThe creative director of ,, shared an image on Twitter (courtesy of digital artist BossLogic) showing John Wick facing Rake. Mustard went on to suggest that the two of them could fix things in-game, since Wick already has his own special skin. Not long after, the Russo brothers responded with a simple “Hells yeah”.

Honestly, considering how some of our favorite movie characters – Deadpool, Thanos, Batman, just to name a few – have come to FortniteWe’d love to see Tyler Rake jump into the gaming world. What are your thoughts? Do you think Rake would make a nice addition to the ever-growing list of outfits in the game, or is there a more worthy candidate? Let us know in the comments below!
