Some Fortnite players are losing the Ikonik skin from their inventory.
Epic has been cracking down on third-party purchases, recently. They removed V-Bucks from several accounts that purchased them from third-party sellers in late December, along with any cosmetics that were purchased with those V-Bucks.
Now, players are beginning to lose their Ikonik skins from their inventories. These skins were exclusive to the Samsung S10+, but a lot of players were able to buy it from retailers online.
There were several methods that sellers used to obtain the exclusive skin. It appears as though Epic is cracking down on at least one of those methods.
Depending on how you got the iKonik skin there is a chance it was removed due to you or someone else obtaining it through a ‘illegal method’

If you purchased the Ikonik or another exclusive skin from a third-party seller, your days might be numbered. Epic hasn’t removed all of the “illegally” obtained skins, but they might take out a large chunk of them.
For now, it’s best to avoid buying skins and V-Bucks from third-party sellers. You might end up wasting your money in the long-run.
