SpecialEffect to run Chicken for Charity 2 tournament, is offering limited edition PUBG pin badges to supporters
Charity SpecialEffect is running a Chicken for Charity 2 PUBG fundraising tournament on Friday July 26th 2019.
25 teams from the games industry will go head-to-head in the competition live on Twitch.
The event broadcast will begin at 5pm BST on the SpecialEffect Twitch channel.
Entertainment and games merchandising specialist The Koyo Store is partnering with SpecialEffect for the initiative, creating a one-off collectable pin badge to mark the occasion.
As part of its partnership, The Koyo Store is creating 500 bespoke Chicken for Charity pin badges, with participants and Twitch audiences encouraged to make a small donation in order to secure one, with all proceeds going to SpecialEffect.
“SpecialEffect does truly amazing work helping people with disabilities to enjoy video games, so we’re absolutely delighted to support the awesome Chicken for Charity 2 event along with some other amazing companies,” said Koyo MD Lee Townsend.
“Best of luck to all the participants and we know a tremendous amount of money will be raised by everyone involved.”
